The Cambodia People Living with HIV/AIDS Network (CPN+) is a nation network of groups and organization of people living with and affected by HIV/AIDS.CPN+ was established July 2001 response to Cambodia’s rapidly growing HIV/AIDS epidemic. Form a small PLHIV group base in Phnom Penh, the network has now grown to include 38,914 member whole country, We has 21 Provinces, 27 support group in Phnom Penh and 30 site of Friend Help Friend Center or Mundul Mith Chuy Mith (MMM). CPN+ has planned to expand the network throughout Cambodia. CPN+ works to represent a strong and untied voice responsive to the need of people living with HIV/AIDS in order to improve the quality of their lives.

CPN+ endeavors to strengthen the capacity and involvement of PLHIV and empower them with collective voice in creating an enabling environment to reduce stigma and discrimination towards them, to protect their rights, and to sustain their well-being. PLHIV , in protecting the rights and promoting the well being of PLHIV , and generating support from community and society towards PLHIV. |

The overall goals of the CPN+ Strategic Plan 2007 - 2010 reiterate the goals of the previous strategic plan, as follows:
To strengthen capacity of PLHIV and the CPN+ network in coping and responding to their needs and impact of HIV/AIDS
To increase involvement of PLHIV to sustain universal access to care and support, to protect their rights, and to reduce stigma and discrimination towards them
To alleviate the economic and human impact of HIV/AIDS on the individual PLHIV, family, community and society |
